- Dalla fune vuole essere il primo una serie (per quanto irregolare) di incontri poetici con autori ‘transculturali’, che cercherò con una certa frequenza di proporre fra le rotte del porto. Proporrò di volta in volta versi e scritture che richiamano, per il loro contenuto o nella loro costruzione, la condizione di chi attraversa terre deterritorrializzando i territori attraversati.

Cette étude part d'une enquête sur les enseignements de traduction dans les cursus de langue française des universités italiennes. Son ambition est de passer la traduction pédagogique au double filtre de la traduction professionnelle et des avancées de la didactique, dans l'espoir d'offrir de nouvelles perspectives tant à l'apprentissage de la langue française à travers la traduction qu'à l'enseignement de la traduction à proprement parler

The Permanent Seminar "Lionello R. Levi Sandri" is an initiative of the Department of European and In-tercultural Studies – Faculty of Humanities - "Sapienza" University, the Department of Law and Economics of Production – Faculty of Economics – "Sapienza" University and the Department of Law and Civil Procedure – Law School - Tor Vergata Uni-versity.
These Departments foster cooperation among other Research Centers and Universities.
This initiative stems from the need for an interaction between juridical patterns relevant to different lin-guistic and cultural areas, and their connections and repercussions on our economy.
This need is also felt by practitioners, who are called upon to work within a cultural as well as a regulatory framework where language, juridical knowledge and transnational trade are interlinked.
The Departments that have promoted the Seminar have therefore decided to create an interdisciplinary group of linguists, jurists and economists who ana-lyze the relationship between language and juridical knowledge.
In this way, a basis between juridical multilingualism and transnational law is established in order to possi-bly define a uniform juridical terminology and its relative impact on rights.
The initiative is named after Lionello R. Levi Sandri in order to recognize his career as a labor and social security law professor in the Faculty of Economics of the "Sapienza" University together with his contribution to the creation of a European "uniform" or "harmonized" labor law, as a member of the European Commission.
